Sherri Sullivan

Sherri is a Senior Conveyancing Secretary who has been working at Blake Bester & Jordaan Inc. since 2014.Her Conveyancing career began in 2003 and with nearly 20 years in the industry Sherri has finalized various property transfers and bond registrations.

Sherri’s strongest qualities include self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure. She has immaculate time management skills and extensive experience in using both Ghost and Lexis Convey.

In 2015, Sherri took over as Head of the Bonds Department and her dedication and her ability to go the extra mile has built a compelling rapport between her and her clients.

Sherri also has a phenomenal relationship with some of South Africa’s leading Banks and receives bond instructions from them on a continuous basis.

As much as Sherri enjoys her work, she loves being a mom and spending loyal time with her 9 year old son, who also teaches her to be a little more patient with technology (as she always jokes that her fuse is extremely short when things don’t seem to work). Her son keeps her grounded and always reminds her to enjoy the little things in life.
